Intervisitation Program at MS 51
My teacher leadership team and I developed an intervisitation program during Spring 2025.
We had over 21 teachers who participated in it. This created professional working relationships between teachers.
I curated each intervisitation to meet the needs of each participant who wanted to enhance their teaching in a specific way.
In total, participants reported feeling more connected with others at work and having more meaningful discussions with colleagues about their teaching practice.
